On 4^th and 5^th June 2026 Blackberry Events welcomed over 600 leaders in education from across the UK through the doors of the ICC Birmingham for the 12^th annual Inspiring Leadership Conference.

Delegates included leaders of future generations such as head teachers, senior leaders, Multi-Academy Trust CEOs, business managers, and educational advisors - all dedicated to shaping the future of education.

The conference aims to provide a safe place for leaders to step away from the day to day, reflect, refocus and learn so they can make their organisation or school a better place for everyone.
