Steve Elliott

Director

Steve is the co-founder and co-director of the company. He took a giant leap 25 years go from a career in business and finance to dive into the world of events and has never looked back.  

Jackie Wellings

Director

Jackie is the co-founder and co-director of the company. With a background in advertising and 15 years working at a top five live events agency, it was only a matter of time before setting up her own business.

Georgie Butler

Director

Georgie initially joined to support the shift to virtual events at the start of the pandemic but now focuses on the growth of the business and building a company with people, passion and purpose at it’s heart.

Jess Ford

Head Of Events

Jess has been with the company since the beginning, working her way up through various roles. She leads our fantastic team of Event Managers to ensure that all clients’ expectations are exceeded and to keep our events program ticking along throughout the year.

Ellie Cashmore

Marketing Manager

Ellie has over a decade of experience in events and marketing. She brings with her many accolades and awards for her work including Gold Sustainability Champion of the Year. She has joined Blackberry to further bolster our creative offering and ESG.

Sophie millman

Business Development Manager

Sophie joined Blackberry to help them in their next growth period, forming new partnerships with clients, suppliers and venues whilst fostering and developing the relationships of our current clients. Entering the company into new markets and business areas.

Becci Picketts

Event Manager

After 17 years venue side Becci brings a wealth of experience and skills to our agency, alongside a real passion for creating memorable events.

Rae Rodien

Event Manager

With a degree in Events, Venue, and Experience Management, I have developed a strong foundation in both the practical and theoretical aspects of event planning.

Freddie & Boycie

Head of Office Security

Freddie and Boycie take our office security very seriously with daily sniffs and inspections. When they aren’t on security patrols you can find them staring out the window, wagging their tails at anyone who walks by.
