The event spanned a week-long celebration from November 25th to 29th, 2024, culminating in a prestigious ceremony on November 30th.
The 2024 Pearson National Teaching Awards successfully celebrated the dedication and excellence of educators across the UK.
The success of the event underscored the importance of meticulous planning, effective collaboration, and adaptability in event management. The award ceremony not only honoured outstanding educators but continues to set a benchmark for events in the education sector.
Now that the sparkly shoes are back in the box and I'm back at school, I just wanted to write and say thank you for an amazing Pearson National Teaching Awards journey. We have loved every second of being involved and are slightly in awe of your organisation, judging and the support you give.
We all found the awards inspirational, and I feel very honoured to have been nominated at all let alone be a silver award winner.
So, as we head back to our normal lives where there are definitely a lot less sequins, I'd like to say ... thank you again for a real highlight of my teaching career.
